SHIPPING AND RETURN
Shipping charge is standard INR 500 for all orders within India. Usually order delivered within 3-7 days after dispatch from our studio. Please provide up to 2-3 weeks for processing your order including quality check.
Shipping charge is a flat INR 3000 outside India. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes as per your country norms. Kindly note, we do not deliver to P.O box addresses.
We are unable to fulfill the order due to material availability or defect found during quality check. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new shipping date and delivery times.
Please note, for incomplete/incorrect shipping address or door locked at the time of multiple delivery attempts, the charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the packet is sealed/ unopened at the time of accepting delivery from the courier partner. If you find the package opened/ tampered with, then please do not accept delivery & inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org with images or call us on +91 6300 240 845
At STUDIO RAMA RETAIL, every product is unique. an order cannot be cancelled/altered. But A request can be raised within 24 hours for cancellation or alternate option to email@example.com with order number and item SKU code for escalation team review. In such cases, redemption voucher can be provided against the same for next purchasing. Redemption voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period.
We do not provide refund on any customized/stitched goods as its exclusive limited collection. Refund will be done if packages lost in transit and confirmed by our courier partner.
If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchange of products can be done within 5 days of product delivery if wrong products is shipped. For exchange, the package (including invoice and tag) should reach us within the first 10 days from the date of delivery. Kindly note, Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
In case of any return/alternation/exchange, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. STUDIO RAMA may issue redemption voucher against the shipping charges. Tracking details must be shared to email@example.com from customer end for exchange. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by STUDIO RAMA RETAIL. Unidentified shipment may be returned to sender.
Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Also, note that fabric type will affect the brightness/saturation of a color.
